Home | Permission Marketing | Use your permission marketing campai . . .

Use your permission marketing campaign to build trust automatically… without any effort.

Printer-Friendly Format

An email drip campaign (100% automated) is the best form of powerful permission marketing. You receive the permission of every lead when they fill out their contact information on your website. You can then begin a well thought-out, informative campaign, until leads are either converted to sales or they take away the permission by removing themselves from my drip campaign.

Email Content

The content of each email is just as important as having the drip in the first place. Just because you have their email address doesn't mean you can send anything that comes to your mind. If you fail to provide relevant, entertaining, informative content, you will lose them as fast as you got them.

A BAD DRIP CAMPAIGN IS WORSE THAN NO CAMPAIGN AT ALL!!!!!

Your goal is not to sell them in an email. It is to provide them information they may not normally have easy access to. Give them relevant, accurate, and helpful information in an attempt to build trust and a relationship.

That's why I don't just give you my drip campaigns to copy and paste. Each message needs to be heartfelt and written by you, personally, with content about you and your area.

Email Frequency

I send a very personal email as soon as they register on my site. It thanks them for registering, tells them about myself, and lets them know I'll be calling shortly to discuss their real estate needs.

From that point on, I send a new message every 10 days for the next 6 months. After that I send a new message once a month for the next 2 years. At that point I will try and contact them one final time to see if there's anything I can do for them. If 2 ½ years seems like a really long time, you are right. However, it doesn't cost a dime to send the messages, and if they continue to permit me to keep in touch, why wouldn't I?
