Since I began using your service just 3 short weeks ago, I have generated over 400 leads. In my first week I wrote an offer netting me around $3,800 at close and I have tons of buyers in my pipeline looking for homes. If there is one word of advice I can give it would be to make sure you follow up with your leads as soon as you can since these leads are hot and a lot are looking to buy now.

I have lost 2 deals already because I took too long getting back to them. Oh well, I still have over 100 leads I still have not been able to call, because I can't keep up. That's a good problem to have. Thanks for all your help. I'm sure we'll be doing a lot more business down the road.

Today was the best day I've had so far in my real estate career. I am fairly new to this business as some of you know and I finally showed my first home. I started 838System less than 3 weeks ago and have talked to more people in the last 2 weeks about real estate (just from these leads) than I have in the last 9 months.

Earlier today I called a lead as a follow up from the weekend. I made contact at 10:30 AM, showed him 2 condos at 1:30 PM, and made plans to see more this weekend.

When I got back to the office I made another follow up call from the weekend. I talked to the client and she is ready to start looking. We set up an appointment for Wednesday.

Tonight I got a new lead. I called her, we talked for a while, and I have an appointment set up with her to show homes at noon tomorrow.

I used the 838System scripts word-for-word and they worked!

One of the leads I received a few days ago had an incorrect phone number so I sent her an email. She replied back with a request for some info on a specific property and I replied back with the info on the house that she asked about.

Yesterday I got an email from her saying she was only available to talk on Tuesdays or Thursdays if I wanted to call her to set up a time to meet. She gave me her phone #.

Today I called her. I immediately asked how she was doing, and she told me that she had surgery this morning and was actually on the bathroom floor getting sick. I asked her if I should call back at a more convenient time, but she said she wanted to continue to talk - especially because the distraction was good. So I talked to her for about 20 minutes about the home that she was looking for. She and her husband are coming into my office on Tuesday. I laugh every time I think about it. The 838System is so great that people will even talk to you ask they are laying on the bathroom floor worshipping the porcelain throne!!!

I am extremely impressed with 838System! The Google conversion rate is over 25%. On a $20/day budget I am getting 6-7 leads per day with at least one good interaction per day. I am already setting up appointments to show homes tomorrow and this weekend. I only started last weekend.

I had one lead get on the site last night and immediately CALL ME at 11pm at night after searching to "Please, Please" help them see the house they had their eye on.

Your system is awesome and I will need to add new agents soon. Your Lead Management System is also fantastic for keeping up with all the contacts and status.
